My nearest Forbidden Planet is Southampton, but the people who work there for the most part don't really wanna help you at all. Also they have the Hot Toys 1/4th scale Dark Knight Joker figure there for £549, at my local comic book store I can get it for £380 and the RRP is £410. The only other Forbidden Planet I've been in was in Manchester and they were really good.

*insert shaking head emoticon* you friends who said that should be disowned

My local comic book store is called Paradox. It's an independent comic book shop, that has everything you'll find in a normal comic book shop. The only downside to it is it's not the biggest store and because it has so much stuff it is very cramped in there. I love it though because the owner Andy (he is also the only member of staff who works there) is really friendly and goes out of his way to help his customers and despite the piles of boxed comics out the front of the store, he always knows exactly where the thing your after is. Unfortunately the store might be moving soon as the landlord is selling the building, but I'm hoping he will move to a bigger shop.

Ultimate comics Gwen was cool, they made her into this emo-ish rock chick and mary jane was the high school newspaper reporter/editor geek.

Aww that sounds so awesome, I would prefer that but, i got to know one of the guys in Forbidden Planet and he will always help me out when i was in, dead on type of guy

I find his work so inviting and so mesmerising..It invokes empathy and fear.. He shows the very dark and twisted side to the Batman series...

I love his work in Batman The Black Mirror the best i think.. It is so phenomenal
