Triple H Vs The Rock

Ok guys, to me this is one of the most "Underrated" Rivalries in the WWE of all time, and i had a thought,
what if these 2 clashed again?
the fact that they never had a Wrestlemania Match against each other (singles match) made the rivarly not feel like a rock/austin, when it could easly be like that.

i remember in in 99 when my brother started playing wwf sd 2 know your role, we'd see Rock Confronting HHH all the time, and he didnt watch wwf back then, he thought HHH was the biggest villain and rock the main guy, and it seemd they were the biggest rivals when HHH never really was , so what you guys think,

They did indeed have a good feud, but I feel like they'd both be exponentially more beneficial to the business by serving up some fresh plates with the young guys rather than reheating leftovers from the back of the fridge.

I don't want to see either one of them at WrestleMania 30. They probably will be there regardless, but whatever.

I always dug this rivalry but again, it's been done. I believe it would feel forced.

Yes they faced each other at Wrestlemania 16 in 2000. It was a Fatal 4-Way Elimination match for the WWF title between HHH vs Rock vs Mick Foley vs Big Show and each guy had a different Mcmahon in their corner. Vince turned on Rock to help Triple H retain the title.

i personally want a wrestlemania with no old faces as much as i love those guys.! the match id wanna see more would be H vs Punk or even Michaels v Punk man those would be good

Been there, done that. It was fine when both of them were in their prime and actually competing on a regular basis, but now, it wouldn't really feel all that genuine like it did back in the day.

No, Just No, I grew up watching the Attitude era and although It is still (for me) the best era I've seen, I do not want to see guys like The Rock and even SCSA (If he was to ever return) come back, They have had their time and its time the company to actually build on its talent instead of using big names for WM, I wouldn't mind HHH on TV maybe like Vince was in the late 90's but I don't want to see him wrestle any more he doesn't need to.

If WWE keeps relying on the older generation instead of what they have then in 5/6/7/8 years time when HHH wont wrestle or UT or the Rock they will have a shitty product, WWE needs to have more faith in the likes of Ziggler, Punk, The Miz etc.

Triple H and The Rock are extremely limited in regards to the amount of time they can dedicate to in-ring action, so it doesn't make sense to go back to already depleted wells when they could be helping to find and establish new reservoirs. You keep looking to the past and end up losing sight of the future and all of that.
