I've marked it as a 5.
I think The Rock is good, but I don't really see why the title needs to be on him. Sure it brings a bit of extra buzz, but I think the benefit of having The Rock on WWE tv is enough without needing him to carry the title as well.
At least now though the WWE Championship is main eventing ppv's

If it were anybody else pulling the crap he's doing, it'd be a 1 or a 0.
If The Rock was on TV every week holding the title, and having a couple of high-profile matches in the ring in between PPVs, I'd give him a much higher rating. But he's not. Half the time he isn't on Raw, is never on SmackDown or Main Event, and he dosen't even have the courtesy to infamously bring it via satellite. He's not on Raw every week, doesn't wrestle outside of PPVs, did nothing to earn his title shot and is not all that good when he does wrestle. 1/10 for Dwayne.
A real champion with a real title belt.
