Undertaker will win, they cant have McCool on RAW, they already have Beth, Melina, Gail Ki, Kharma

well one of Lay-Cool is coming over to Raw no matter who it is, unless it's the same stip for the Raven/Dreamer match where the loser left Raw and Raven showed up on Heat (after losing). So it may be that one of them can lose on SD and be an exclusive on Superstars (who really knows)

One will lose and then get a rematch and if they win they get to stay on Smackdown
