I dunno, HDNet was an awesome show up until about mid-2010ish, after which it really began fluctuating in quality each week. Overusing all those no-name ROH academy dudes and whatnot was likely to blame...
... it was still better than Raw most weeks

Anyway, judging from recent shows + the press conference, it looks like they're determined to push the likes of Michael Elgin, Tomasso Ciampa, Mike Bennett, The Bravados and the All Night Express. I really dig all those guys (bar Bennett) so I ain't got much to complain about yet.

Marked like a little bitch at that Steen promo/swerve, greatest thing I've seen all year.
Currently on intermission, thoughts so far:
1. Colt Cabana vs. Tomasso Ciampa - 4/10 (Entertaining curtain jerker, I like this Ciampa dude)
2. Mike Bennett vs. Jay Lethal - 5/10 (Nice to see him again)
3. Homicide vs. Rhino (Streetfight) - 7/10 (It's hardly TECHNICAL WRESTLING~~ but it was a fun match. Hell of a lot better than the 'Cide-Roddy street fight from 9AS)
4. Steve Corino vs. Michael Elgin - 6/10 (Elgin is kinda like a Steen clone, but not-as-good I guess. Gets extra points for the promos before and afterwards)Last edited by Necroyeti; 06-26-2011 at 04:14 PM.
