Buy the hart dynasty would make alot of sense. I'd also get him to buy a heel primo

The Foreign Affair: Sheamus, Drew McIntyre, Wade Barrett and Kofi Kingston. Heel faction with a bit of a "mafia" influence like MEM had. I like the way that faction was run. I think it could work with those characters.
