I like the rules, could make a good little 'chaser' story.

But to be honest, so far, the matches haven't been that much special. The one that included York, seemed a bit too choreographed, and it was painfully obvious they were moving around to get in position for the next move instead of it being free flowing(Plus York, and King were terrible imo). Dutt had a few mistakes, I thought he was gonna hurt someone.

I figure in lieu of taking their guys out for a long time, they'll just go back and forth, bringing people from the outside in, so they can job and keep this going for a long time. Eventually, they'll have to keep bringing people in to job, or they are gonna run out of in-company talent.

Weight classes in wrestling, where everyone's height and weight is a work anyway, is, at best, pointless.

Just wait like 2 months and you'll realize they have no idea how to book these guys, not that they did anyway.

like to see jimmy jacobs in tna x division and chikara has a whole crop of x division talent tna get on the ball and hire young up and coming talent thats what got you where you are today not former wwe talent hell look what happened when wcw only focused on taking people away from wwe..... death

They ruined the X-Division big time now. I knew who was going to get pinned before the match began. Ridiculous that a guy like Ion keeps getting put in these matches and still can despite losing. The reason being is because he didn't get pinned? How about make the most of your oppurtunity? Ion could be like, I'm too hurt to keep going so I'm going to let him get the pin cuz I know I'll get a rematch tomorrow. Its not about weight limits, its about no limits. How in the hell are they going to be able to have that many triple threat matches with these dudes? My guess is since they don't have a lot of guys signed. They'll just get guys like Sonjay to come in and lose every week. I couldn't believe Ion was getting rematch at Lockdown than a rematch on Impact. This idea is horrible. X-Division is now ruined completely by dem idiots.

I like it, willing to give it a shot. Sure hope it works out for these guys, but they might start booking the same triple threat matches just with different champs, which could get boring. But let's hope it doesn't get there

I don't get why people are complaining about the weight limit:

1) Like Bodom said weight in wrestling does mean anything so there can be cases of wrestlers "cutting weight" to compete
2) It's not like there were many heavyweight X-Division champions (Angle, Abyss, and Joe) so don't make it like they have a long history of 300 pounders in the division
3) It's still going to be no limits. The actions is not going to change at all.

Now the triple threat rules:
1) We will still get the Ult-X and all those other matches
2) TNA needs to bring in more people into the division so we will see new faces, old faces.
3) People in tag teams have always competed in X-Div matches at the same time so they can still use a lot of their roster

How number one contenders be decided?

A three way match, would only have one winner, but then they need another for the title 3-way, unless they say whoever is pinned doesnt qualify for the title match but that is just silly.

Actually one of the contender's already would be decided by not getting pinned in the title match.

You mention the match between Styles, Joe and Daniels. Joe wouldn't even be able to compete for the title now. I thought it was about no limits, not weight limits. lets chuck a weight limit on the heavyweight title too -_-
