I've watched that movie so many times i struggle to believe it myself. Usually if I watch a movie too much in a short space of time I tend to enjoy it less. But with The Dark Knight, I could watch that every day for the rest of my life and love it every time.

You know, I like TDK and everything but I don't think that Ledger's portrayal of Joker was very accurate or faithful to how the Joker should be. He's played as a scheming madman instead of a lunatic who sees the deaths and carnage he causes, as a means to an end; for entertainment's sake. He even contradicts himself when he calls the "schemers of the world" pathetic even though he himself is scheming!

Whether it was an accurate portrayal or not, ledger put his own spin on the character and made it his own. I thought the way he portrayed and re-invented the character is better than what the Joker originally was.

For the ideas perhaps, yes. But Ledger's the one who was doing the acting. If you don't have the right actor to apply the ideas, then...

Just watched 'Terminator: Salvation'.

Obviously not as good as the original trilogy, but I enjoyed it nonetheless. It was different from the original 3 movies, and despite being 2 hours long, it flew by lol!

I've heard that they're making 2 more Terminator movies, with Schwarzenegger coming back to take on the title role of The Terminator again (although the movies themselves would be anchored by a younger star). I hope that comes to fruition, as I'm a fan of the series.

Ghost in the Shell 2: Innocence (rewatch) - 9/10

The first movie is one of my favourite films of all time, but I always hated this one for being slow moving, philosophical and more visual-driven than plot-driven. Now my tastes in movies have changed so much since I last saw it, that I love it for the same reasons.

New Spiderman film looking like its going to be making alot of money, seems like this year particularly has been kind to the Blockbuster films and all films in general I'll say. Ted made like 50 mil in 3 days...

Idk much about Batman since I've just seen the Bale/Nolan movies but I think the bolded part just adds another element to the character. Hypocrisy fits Ledger's Joker.
