Finally watched No Country for Old Men. Tried watching it a few years ago but was too sleepy to gt through it. It was pretty dang good IMO

And that's totally not what I meant by not pursuing passion projects. Although some actors would be better of, having their careers controlled by suits.

And everyone breathes a sigh of relief that Iron Ape has focused on Akbar and not them (for today).

I will state that, further to your comment about passion projects Akbar, the caliber and ability of actors allowed to pursue such ventures should be taken into account before being granted any more exposure, through distribution and promotion, not available to your average, no-name film maker. Their work should be judged on it's own merit and not the through the filter of simply already being a celebrity. I fully understand why people use that as a tool to promote their work, no doubt I would too. But I wouldn't lie to myself, it's whoring all the same no matter how many ways you angle it.
