End of Watch 7.5/10 Great movie,i really enjoy it.I'm a big fan of Jake Gyllenhal.
They made you think that what you see its really happening,like watcing a real story.Good energetic action scenes and i really liked Michael Pena in the movie.I'm happy that he made another action/crime film because i enjoyed his work in Shooter.I'm not surprised that this movie got a positive reaction from the critics.The story its about two young cops doing their job and serving the law and suddenly they become cartel's most wanted.Also you get to see how their job affects their personal lifes

Sinister 7.5/10 Without a doubt the best horror film I've seen this year,with a small budget of 3 million .Before i watch this movie i read a review from a critic praising the movie by saying "the sort of tale that would paralyze kids' psyches",lol.Don't know about that but indeed the movie had some really good scary scenes and with a great performance from a great actor like Ethan Hawke,interesting to see him in this role.Like any other modern horror movie Sinister had some cliche moments but still that didn't stop me from enjoying it

I recently saw Lincoln and Daniel Day-Lewis was awesome! He is a method actor and i was wondering, is method acting the best way to approach acting? It's a generic question but does it provide better skills than others ways?

I don't really think there's any kind of barometer to gauge what acting approach garners the best results. It's a multi-factorial thing depending upon the performer, the material, and the production. What works for one project isn't necessarily going to work for another.

Streaming or discs through the mail? I've had streaming for a couple of years now, and it's been great for catching up on shows (which I've done with just about everything I've wanted to see). Unfortunately, though, the bulk of the movies available are direct-to-video trash. If the return of Arrested Development wasn't just around the corner, I think I might even consider cancelling.
