Yeah, I wouldn't go near that movie unless I had an eighth of mushrooms and nothing else to do. It's reeked of Burton's Alice In Wonderland right from the jump.

Well, OZ.... is the prequel story to The Wizard Of Oz. So hasn't the sequel already been made or are they going to remake it??

They still have a gap between the prequel and the original to tell more story.

They said there would be no Dorthy in the next, but the sequel probably won't have one of the better actresses so it will probably be even worse. That said Disney already made a really good sequel with with Return to Oz in the 80s, it would have just been better to redo that instead since it was much more interesting and fresher than this.
