I don't know, man. In my realm, a minute and half's worth of badass dialogue is nowhere near enough to counteract 92 other minutes worth of been-there-done-that genre conventions. Seagal's had this ex-CIA op wages personal war on a foreign entity tedium on direct-to-video lockdown for well over a decade now, and I can't really bring myself to get excited about it just because they've pumped a little bit more money into this one. It's still a broken down Saab, only now with a slightly slicker coat of paint.
