Werner Herzog? I had no idea that he directed Bad Lieutenant!
The man is an absolute legend, by the way. He once cooked and ate his shoe for losing a bet, shrugged off being shot by a sniper during an interview, and is just a highly eccentric man in general. He also made one of the absolute greatest films ever with Aguirre, The Wrath of God.
