I'm not sure how true this is, but I read online that Paul London was supposed to be the one who blew up McMahon's limo. He was supposed to become a big time player, but since the Benoit tragedy happened they had to stop the story. Here's the video, with Paul London smiling like a madman right before McMahon blew up:
