The one's off hand I can remember...

During King of the Ring 93 at the end of the Bret Hart/Bigelow match, hart won the match with a roll up pin. At that same time Bigelow farted right in Hart's face.

During a backstage altercation (Not sure if it was in WCW or WWE) Goldberg was basically acting like a tough macho guy sorta being a dick to everyone and tried pushing around Chris Jericho. This led Jericho to put Goldberg in a chokehold to which he couldn't bust out of. It was finally broken up by a few other wrestlers and staff.

Backstage one night JBL was hazing Joey Styles really bad and being a complete dick to him, Styles ended up one punching his ass.
The next day on Smackdown they had to cover JBL's face with make-up.

Apparently, during the 2000 Royal Rumble, Rikishi accidentally knocked out two of Viscera's teeth. Viscera was so irate on his way back to the locker room, that he asked The Big Bossman to "go get him" ie. shoot on Rikishi. (which Bossman didn't do)
