Undertaker WILL be at Wrestlemania

So it seems that The Undertaker will be participating at Wrestlemania.

And with the report on the main news-board indicating that Wade Barrett is the strong favourite to be his opponent, what are your thoughts on this?

Glad Taker will be there, he is Wrestlemania, plus nobody is expecting a great match from him anyway because of his injuries, Barrett makes sense to, he would benefit from the rub and its makes sense after Bragging Rights.

I'm happy if its true. I hope Taker isn't risking his health too much to compete at WM though.
The thing I'm not happy about though, is Wade Barrett being his opponent. Sure its set in stone, with the hints dropped earlier. But IMO, there are others who are much more deserving of the honor. Well if Taker has another WM match, next year, then Barrett is a good 2nd final opponent.

It's going to suck because there's no build up for it lately. Plus how good of match you think he will be able to put up just getting back? It'll be subpar I think, but glad to hear he'll be there

1 the build up already started by having nexus interfere during the buried alive match
2theres still 2month's before mania
and 3 they're both good wrestlers so the match should be good unless you're still hungover from back to back years of taker vs hbk then i think they'll be able to put on a mania worthy match

2theres still 2month's before mania
and 3 they're both good wrestlers so the match should be good unless you're still hungover from back to back years of taker vs hbk then i think they'll be able to put on a mania worthy match

Like I said there isn't any build up lately! This is a kids show, most kids these days forget quickly.

Good question Rich, what about a guy like Ziggler or a heel Danielson. I don't know how you would set those matches up tho. Wade is really the only logical guy (other than Trips with HBK as ref) but I don't know if he could carry a WrestleMania match and make it great. The problem with the HHH-HBK idea is that HHH is in the same boat as 'Taker with his health/"ring rust."
