Guys, for the better part of the day, I've been debating how to tell you all this so I guess I'll just say it. Kash has stepped down as leader of JBW. The last year has been really tough for our once-great E-Fed and I know this is just another punch in the gut for all of us.The good news...Well, Ihope you all think it's good news...is that Kash's last move was to put yours truly in charge.

I had a very nice conversation with Sam this morning and we came to the conclusion that it was best, with everything he has going on these days, that I take over offically. JBW is my home in E-Fedding and, starting today, with the help of Eddie (my right hand man), the rest of my creative team, and my awesome roster, I'm going to rebuild it.

That's indeed great news brother. If you need anything from me, in regards to my parts of the PPV, I'm a pm away.

I hate to hear this about Sam/Kash but I do truly hope he can get himself straightened out soon. I know some of the things he's been going thru, and it's not easy, but it's overcomeable. Come back stronger than ever when you do buddy. It's probably for the best he reliquished the reigns to JMan and I feel he'll do one helluva job bringing us back.

Thanks for the support, guys. It's much appreciated. Since I have off the rest of the week, I'm thinking we could, COULD, have KC up by the weekend. I haven't really been here long since I was in the sister fed mostly, but congrats on the move and hope things work out for Kash in the future. I will do my best on all my promos for you guys and get my stuff in early.
