The way I see it, if when SHOWDOWN! first became a brand unto itself, with top guys and world titles, then we would have had one too many world titles... I actually think two world titles is one too many, but, it is what it is.
Now, putting the up and coming guys on the same brand, and calling it a developmental show ISN'T meant as an insult, like, at all. It's simply a place where you guys can still do your thing, have fun, and mainly IMPROVE to the point where you can match up with one of the "bigger stars" without looking out of your depth.
When I think of the word development, I see it as a positive thing, and not something that should be taken as us putting you down... Believe it or not, we actually want you to get better, or more OVER with the readers, so by the time you are actually "called up" people want to see you in dream matches.
If I was starting out in JBW right now -or even a few months ago- then I'd prefer to be competing with people with similar experience. Not being thrown in the deep end with all of the magnificent promo cutters that we have on WARFare and Mayhem.
Some guys don't get put on SD! because of the simple fact that there ARE spots on the WF & M rosters, but SD! has only been a brand for a short while, and we don't want to start taking guys out of there until your storylines and usefulness there have run their course.
Also, SHOWDOWN! = WWECW not FCW.
Aaaaalllsssooo, the shows get posted in the same fucking thread, so, really, who gives a shit what the status is of the show that you're on. The majority of people view WF as the A show, but you've never ONCE heard K-Jammin, or RomanFlare complaining about that, have you?
Chill out, my little up and comers... Lest we really do get the burying shovel out and run the lot of you out of town for good... Especially you, Kev
