My guesses:

* Hulk Hogan returns
* TNA goes on the road(if that announcement hasn't been made yet on tv-I forget)
* Sting returns. This wouldn't be much of a shock, since they sign him to another contract every year
* Ric Flair vs Sting(I heard they had plans for this at the beginning of last year)

Heres a link to this Thursday's episode of Impact! In case anyone wants to look at it in hopes of finding clues as to what this shocking" surprise is supposed to be. There doesn't seem to be anything noteworthy from the tapings to warrant calling it "The most shocking surprise of the year".

Considering TNA's track record of overly abusing heel/face turns for the sake of shock value, I wouldn't be surprised if this was a hugely disappointing surprise. My guess is Orlando Jordan gets lowered to the ring upside down, then kidnapped by ninjas while Abyss fist pumps the Hall of Fame ring.

you're right, usually they voice Impact during the week and add everything in time for Thursday, at least that's what JR told me when they were double taping SD for awhile
