i remember ted dibiase slapping his father in the face on RAW back in 2009. that was a loud slap yet, it must have taken balls for ted jr to do that on national television.

i remember dusty rhodes siding with the legacy to beat down one or two others guys... then suddenly randy orton punted dusty in the head.

wasnt it when dusty guest hosted raw and put cody in a world title match v orton with cena as ref. Then he apologised and let legacy beat cena down once again saying he'd do anything for family?? then orton hit him with the RKO.
I wasnt really surprised by him turning on Rey tbh

Great segment wit the Rhodes teaming up to take on Mysterio.
Cody can cut a hell of a promo, thats for sure,love the 'Dashing' gimmick and its working really well for him
If someone asked me after Legacy broke up who would be more sucessful come next WrestleMania, Id have said

Yup that was it! It was booked well..and people expected a face turn from Cody, but he just stood in the ring, fuming. Well he still got the better deal out of The Legacy.

I didn't care for Dusty being included. It's not a good sign for the future if Cody can't get over without Daddy.

I just wish Dusty's involvement would have been saved for later on in the feud so Cody could establish his own heat.

It was a good way for Cody to return, hopefully him and Rey have a good match at Mania.

Cody Rhodes has had potential all along, Rey's just helping him get to that next level... just like he did for CM Punk, then Alberto Del Rio, and now the Dashing One. Imagine a Cody Rhodes vs Dolph Ziggler feud... Dolph will get better on the mic.

Totally agreed it should have been saved but I really enjoy seeing Dusty as he was one of the best talkers in the business once upon a time who possessed a bionic elbow!

If they limit Dusty's involvement, then I'll be OK with last night. Cody can get over enough on just the Rhodes name, he shouldn't need his father to get him over the top.

I just fear that if Dusty is apart of the feud every step of the way, any heat created will leave with him.
