    The Logic Of NXT

    Tonight on Smackdown, Derrick Bateman was in a singles match vs Ted DiBiase. Does that not just make NXT seem pointless? The prize for Season 5 is a spot on Season 6, and the winner of Season 6 gets to wrestle on Smackdown or Raw, but Bateman just did that, while being a contestant on NXT Season 5. So really, WWE is just pretty much saying they don't care anymore, because everyone is just going to end up on the roster anyways. Thoughts?
