He's still under contract with ROH because he's challenging Roderick Strong for the ROH title. Daniels, who was still under a Ring of Honor contract, had gotten the promotion's blessing on the return to TNA and would continue to work as Suicide in order not to conflict with the deal (that was a few months ago). Just read the TNA Impact results for 3/31
The big SAVE of the night... Daniels off the CAGE (a flip) wiping out Immortal and saving the babyfaces.
A good step for TNA. (and yes, I know he's been "back" for a little while...hence the (?) with the ***spoiler**. But that was as Suicide.)
Also, good job on their "moving forward" from the Jeff Hardy debacle.

Also great to see Angle wrestle on free TV. Rob "Pinnochio" Terry (wooden...get it?)
Overall I think TNA is moving in the right direction.
