No, from what Ive read up, he marked out thinking he sold the beatdown as gold and Ian Rotten invited him to come back and perform (just to the fact, that this was Levy's dream and sold him a dream to prevent a lawsuit).. It couldve been a lawsuit, but him returning to work destroyed any case of that..

The Mike Levy incident is absolutely disgusting and is the WORST thing I've seen in wrestling since the New Jack stabbing. Ian Rotten claims it was a work, but when you're literally beating the living fuck out of a guy, it is no longer a work. IWA Mid-South is a terrible promotion, Ian Rotten is a terrible wrestler (always has been) and both the promotion and Ian Rotten need to go into a deep dark hole and never come back out.

I can't hear the video as I don't have flash, but whatever it is, Ian certainly deserved it.
