Let's expand this thread to include bands that you would like to see in concert, but haven't yet had the chance to see.
For me, there's 2 clear winners as far as bands I want to see live:
Reel Big Fish
My favorite ska band. I have my own Reel big Fish tribute band in the works, so to see them live would be something else.
The Who
Best rock band ever IMO. I just hope they don't stop touring before I get the chance to go see them
