Wow, Kings are pretty good. 8-1 with a decent shut out on St. Lou Blues :S

Although the Coyotes might be harder for them considering they're in the same division and they've not had an easy route as well.

Ya know. You have to do a hell of a lot to make me despise a franchise and the fans. I mean a whole lot that makes me want to smash the faces of any fan I see in the streets.

Seems these days I hate anyone in NHL...

Blackhawks - Which is weird cause I don't mind any other Chicago based team. Your fans suck, your stadium sucks and the only good thing about them is that they play Blue Moon.
Bruins - They're cunts. I'd say I hate your fans but you don't have any real fans. Boston hasn't been an NHL place for decades...Until they win the cup like these days.
LA Kings - Unclassy bastards. Only beat us cause Lou was crap, got lucky against the Blues, and bullshitted the Yotes. Furthermore:

Still a bit of a shitty system they're using to pick them. Putting players against each other. The teams more hated or franchises less liked have 0% chance of ever getting on their.

I agree that the voting system is flawed. For a moment I thought Rinne was going to beat Giroux to it, as many people hate the Flyers and/ or wanted a goalie on the cover. But surely if a goalie was going to win it should have been Lundqvist or Quick.

There should be a rule of no one should grace the NHL cover (or other EA games) more than once, and the same team should only be represented, say every 5 years or so. Furthermore there should be less contenders for the cover vote. I mean the likes of Tavares, Hartnell and Brian Campbell should never be the poster boys just yet.

Sadly won't ever happen.

EA have used Wayne Rooney on the European cover of FIFA for 7 straight years. I think Donovan is bummed like Rooney is on the US cover too.
