Everyone has to pick a starting 11 and 7 subs, a maximum of 3 players from each team.
Defenders and Keepers get 1 point for playing,1 for an assist , 2 for a clean sheet, 3 for a goal
Midfielders get 1 point for playing, 1 for a clean sheet, 1 for an assist , 3 for a goal
Strikers get 1 point for playing, 1 for an assist , and 3 for a goal
Any player that gets a yellow card loses 1 point
Any player that gets sent off loses 5 points
Any player injured loses 1 point
You can only change players in your team if they are injured, or sent off, so pick wisely !
Subs only score points if a player in the starting 11 gets subbed for them
Each week you add your scores up, post them in the official fantasy football thread ill make before the start of the season , then we'll work out a total by the end !

also you can switch players in the transfer market
