HWA Monday Night Dynasty 1st episode of many will start 1 week from now and the show will start with an instant elimination battle royal with every member of the roster and the rules of an instant elimination are that before you can be eliminated you must be pinned 1st and then after being pinned to be thrown over the top rope last man standing wins also members of HWA please send me some promo ideas for your character

**Breaking News**

Damien Icarus (SES) Has just signed a deal with HWA

Name: Damien Icarus
Age: 31
Backstory: Child life was hard for Damien Icarus. His was never rich, but he wasn't broke either. His direct neighborhood was pretty nice, but there was no kids to play with, so he spent most of his time with the kids from the other side of the tracks. Being a white suburban kid spending time in a mostly poor black community, fitting in was always an uphill battle. The people he hung around with were rough and rugged, and they always were ready to knock Damien down a peg at every opportunity. No matter how hard Damien tried to be "cool" to the other kids, he would always be looked down upon by his "friends," so he always tried to go above and beyond the dastardly deeds the other kids were doing. He would rob people, stick up convenient stores, bully kids from around the block, and finally and most importantly, selling and taking drugs. Through various run-ins with the law, multiple near-death experiences, and all the crimes he was doing and drugs he was taking, he had the thrill of a lifetime. What Damien did not realize is that his family has an addiction history like few others, and he inherited this unfortunate trait as well. He became an addict, no, a fiend to all sorts of drugs, all while continuing to hang out with the wrong crowd and commit a plethora of violent crimes. One day though Damien popped 6 Ambiens, 3 Oxycontins. drank 3 fifths of alcohol, and smoked 10 blunts of chronic. Not so surprisingly, this lead him directly into the hospital as he had overdosed. He quite nearly died that night, and if it wasn't for a security guard who just so happened to find him passed out, he probably would have. Damien has no recollection of what he did that night, but the nurses found about 15 packs of bic lighters in his possession, broken and bloodied knuckles, a couple of grams of cocaine in his pocket along with 4 wrinkled up twenty dollar bills. While at the hospital, Damien had an epiphany, he would never take another drug again, not even pot. He still continued to hang out with the same shady characters and he still committed the same heinous crimes as he always did, but he did all of that while sober. Afterall, this was the only life he knew and he wasn't gonna go back to being the nobody he was before he hooked up with his current crew. His cohorts though were still doing all the drugs that he had abandoned, and they suddenly grew increasingly more suspicious and guarded around Damien. Damien realized this, but chalked it up to the paranoia the drugs were causing. Inevitably, one of the members of Damien's crew got pinched and locked up, and the rest of the gang immediately fingered Damien as a snitch. They were gonna kill Damien, but his stalker talked them out of it. Instead, they exiled Damien from the crew and threatened to murder him if he came back around. With nowhere else to turn, Damien got his life together and started taking up wrestling and various forms of Martial Arts such as Jiu jitsu and Muy Thai. Training was brutal, but Damien used the various hardships in his life as motivation. soon though, it became a lot darker than just motivation. Still alone in this world, he began to blame his troubles on those around him. He blamed his family, his former friends, but mostly, he blamed the drugs and alcohol. He began to go on a rampage against all things non-straight edged, showing up to bars and drug spots and demolishing everyone in his path. Blinded by rage, he ended up murdering a patron at a bar. He spent the next 6 years in a psychiatric facility, until the doctors there deemed him sane enough to be released. It was all a big ruse though, as his deep seeded hatred for drugs and alcohol only grew stronger. With no money and no life to lead, Damien took up the art of professional wrestling at indy promotions and was incredibly skilled. Broc808 just so happened to be in town at an indy show where Damien was in the main event. He saw the raw talent Damien had and signed him to a deal that night.

Btw, aside from a lot of theatrics to make it interesting and a name change Damien Icarus is me in real life. I figured every few weeks I could cut a promo describing the various hardships Damien had to deal with and he could blame it all on drugs/alcohol in the end.
