Hello, The great wrestling journalist El_Dandy_LWO here. I reported last week about Tony Shiavone's possible return to the wwe, and the craziness that transpired after the sale of WCW, including Tony defecating on someones lawn.

There has been more light shed on the Tony Shiavone and WWE situation.

According to sources within WWE, the company had reached out to him several months ago about coming aboard in a backstage role. Tony agreed and flew into Connecticut to meet with McMahon and his staff. He apparently showed up to WWE headquarters "Drunk off of his ass" and "reeking of marijuana". Not only that, but his rental car, a 1999 Ford Escort, was left parked and still running on the side of the road outside the building. He was said to have stormed into the building, and started yelling at people in the lobby. Asking them "Do you know who the f*ck I am?!", and "I gotta take a dump, where's Bruce Pritchard's office?!"Security was called and Tony was escorted out of the building.

Irate, Tony took off speeding down the road in his 1999 Ford Escort, honking his horn, and shouting obscenities down the highway. Around 20 minutes later, Tony came running through the woods next to the WWE building, and into the parking lot shirtless and cut up with random scratches. He ran into the WWE lobby once again, and asked to talk to Vince, then went into the bathroom. Security was not called this time. Around that time, a WWE employee went into the bathroom, gave tony a shirt, and escorted him in to an elevator. About 15 minutes later, Tony came back down, walked outside where a cab was waiting for him, and he left.

Apparently, what had happened was Tony took off in his rental 1999 ford escort, had gotten pulled over by Stamford police right down the street from WWE headquarters, ditched the car, and took off running back to WWE offices. Vince McMahon went ahead and had the meeting with him, heard the story, and bought him a cab back to his hotel. McMahon with ties to the Stamford police, got the charges dropped for Tony, and got the 1999 Ford Escort out of the impound yard, which McMahon himself drove back to Enterprise.

Needless to say, WWE opted not to sign Shiavone after this indecent. Thoughts?

I have ties within the wrestling industry. You have no idea how crazy these guys are, especially the older cats. There is crazier stuff that has gone on. I might have to do a book on this. From Andre the giant taking a drunken shit on Hulk Hogan's hotel room bed, to John Morrison and Melina walking around naked in a hotel lobby recently.

I Think years on drugs has messed up yours!!!! if that actually happened, it would be all over the iwc... including this site. i will no longer be reading any of your Threads even if they sound cool, have you ever heard of the story of the boy who cried wolf?

I can't believe everyone's getting so pissed about this. It's clearly a joke. This one had it's funny moments but the first one was hilarious. The IWC needs to learn how to take jokes a little bit better!
