I think he messed up his neck and/or spine in a non-wrestling accident (some say car accident) and is off the active roster indefinitely. (Ophidian had to take his spot in the singles title round robin tournament) There hasn't been any word on the extent of the injuries

Man, that sounds serious! I really hope that he has no long term effects after this, but neck and spine injuries tend to cut wrestlers careers way short, even when they are able to fight back and make a return to the ring.

Let's hope Amassis has many years left in him! As Osirian Portal are one of the most improved teams in recent memory that I've seen come up through the indies.
