We all know that HIAC is just a few days away now. The Randy Orton vs Sheamus and the Undertaker vs Kane HIAC matches on the card this sunday will feature the 20th and 21st bouts inside "The Devil's playground". Some of us are looking forward to it, some of us are not.
I'm looking forward to seeing what WWE come up with. In a match type we have all grown to know and love, I hope the competitiors can come up with something new and innovative. Which is very difficult, with the limitations of PG viewing.
We all know there has been some incredible matches inside the cell and tonight I have been taking a trip down memory lane as I have been watching a bit of my HIAC box set. After the watching the fantastic Triple H vs Chris Jericho encounter at Judgement Day 2002, it got me thinking that this was the last match where they have fought on the cage roof. We saw a breif encounter on Raw last year between Cena and Orton, the 1st time two superstars had engagaed in conflict on top of Satan's structure in 7 years. Orton received the AA, which I thought was a pretty good moment. This obviously means that the WWE are still prepared to do it.
It leaves me wondering (although deep down I know I shouldn't get my hopes up) I wonder, I wonder if anyone will venture up there again this sunday for the 1st time in a HIAC match in 8 years ?
