I wonder if Orton will ever get back to the number two spot. He has been in limbo since return from suspension and with Punk, Sheamus, and Ryback in the spotlight I do not think WWE has to depend on him like the old days.

I think its mostly storyline and the frustration with being "overlooked" will boil over into the new heel Randy again.
