    Just got back from football training.
    Let's just say I now know how Paul Ince and Terry Butcher feel. My head freaking hurts like hell and I have a big gash on my head and a massive swelling

    Yeah, happened during a training match, damn other guy came out of it with nothing lol! I kept on playing for another 30 mins after though until the end of the session.
    I'm going to wait and see how it is in the morning. If I'm feeling unwell/dizzy or whatever I'll probably head to the hospital and get it checked out in case.

    I have a makeshift dressing on it for now, not really sure what more I can do. I'm eating and drinking some sugary stuff to keep me going like (I think I'm meant to do that) until I head to bed (which won't be for a few hours yet). So we'll see in the morning how I feel I guess lol!
