AS Monaco signed James Rodriguez for 45 mil and Joao Moutinho for 25 mil
There also looking to buy Falcao, Victor Valdes and Patrice Evra, apparantly close to finishing the deals

I can see that Monaco's trying to build a team that can take on, well, anyone, but I'm disappointed to see both these guys going there. Both are good enough to play in one of the top leagues in Europe, and for the best teams. Who knows though, if Monaco get everyone they want maybe they'll be a force next season, we'll see.

They can have Evra though, we've got Buttner, and Fabio we might be getting Baines.
