Mourinho will be United's next manager, but right now, why would he want to leave Real after they've just won La Liga after years of Barca dominance? Mourinho's staying with Real for a few years IMO to dominate like he did with Chelsea for a few years.
Fergie still has a few years left to give (I don't think any true United fan would be split on having him stay, it's a no-brainer for me). By the time Fergie does call it quits, Mourinho will be bored of Real, and will take the United job. Hopefully bringing Ronaldo with him.

The manager is important fir Chelsea, Di Matteo needs to arrange them accordingly and not make a hot mess of the new players lie AVB did. That's why as long as we keep Arsene I'm optimistic (Even though the guy is abit bonkers, looks like a bird and his policy of no big spending have turned us into a top 4 team instead Champions like we once was). Also I know UTD fans are split on Fergie staying or if he should move up to Directors Job.

Arsene is good, I don't think Di Matteo will do as well as last year.

Frank de Boer has had a great start. I'd say he needs a few better finishes in Europe. A win against United at OT (which seemed about available to everyone last season in Europe) is a good platform. A Europa League semi or Champions League KO stage would be the next step for him.

I still think AVB will be good, Brendan Rodgers has a good opportunity, Laurent Blanc should get another job.

But the best young manager, for me, is Jurgen Klopp. Yes, he's been in management since 2001, but he's only 45, two Bundesliga titles, got Mainz in the league, good boss.

Many names have been tipped over the years. Remember Queiros? Everybody was saying when he was our assistant manager that Fergie was grooming him to take over from him.
Although I think Fergie has said that he'd like Moyes to take over, with all due respect to Moyes, I'm not sure if he'd do a good job at United.

Plus, Mourinho has openly said that he wants the United job, and that if he ever returns to the PL, it'll be either with United or Chelsea (unlikely he'll return to a former club IMO). If it's a choice between Moyes and Mourinho, I know who I'd pick to take the job.
