LOL never said it was a good thing, but getting champions league football year in year out is better financially and for the clubs reputation.

Banter is good when it is not one sided. Steve can banter(when he tries not to be funny) but if anyone slates Liverpool or Gerrard just like most Liverpool fans they turn nasty.

Back in the day there was a variety of people who used this forum, But there are now 5 Liverpool fans to every 1 fan of any other team. Which is a shame when you want a balances discussion about football.

Peoples personal preference for players clouds the judgments of fans who are very bias. I can see major faults in my team and how we could do with replacing a few players even some key ones. But you Liverpools fans dont.

Im not saying you are like this Subject, But most of the Arsenal fans i know are very much like this.. then they normally keep talking about the "great youngsters" they haven't got Haha!

I can understand why most people dont use this forum any more unless they are a Liverpool fan.

I see Arsenals areas, they are too inconsistent, they have lack of belief at times and Wenger does make alot of tactical shockers.

Arsenal may of spent as much as Liverpool or Man U this season but over the past few seasons. And as i said Wenger was motivated by panic buying.

And you clearly have, I was talking about Liverpool then its oh lets hate Arsenal as much as we can.

If you cant take criticism and feel like you have to hate other clubs and players and fans because of faults with your own team and players, then maybe a forum where people dont talk about how amazing Gerrard is, might be a little bit to grown up for you

How did i turn it nasty?

All i said was Liverpool are in a crisis. The way they are going in 5 years time they might be looking at relegation if they dont sort themselves out and that a majority of their players couldnt get into any of the top 5 teams. Which when you compare it to Liverpool of 5 years ago is a huge difference

Banter is going to be one sided about your own club! That's what banter is. You talk up your own club and bust the balls of other fans about their club! Is this so hard to understand?

You're statement about too many Liverpool fans and 'back in the day' rubbish is frankly childish. The only other forums I go on are football ones, Man U and Chelsea fans usually outnumber the rest 5 to 1 but people don't moan about it!

I think this kind of banter isn't for everyone!
