One player I'm not sure about is Henderson. Played the whole game pretty much at right back (And did a great job)

Maybe he'll play Kuyt on the right and Carroll or maybe Maxi after those 2 goals.

Kuyt always seems to play against Everton and he was left out against Blackburn so that sortof cemented it for me.
