But we don't need him, as TT said. He's basically the same as Kagawa, we need a player like Joao Moutinho, to replace Scholes.

We've just bought Shinji for £20m, and given that a bid of over £30 has been rejected for Lucas, I think we've done some good business there.
We need to spend on a replacement for Scholes; Mountinho would be my first choice given he's younger than Seijder and would probably cost a little less (and he's arguably in better form at this present time).
We also possibly need a left back.

Those are the positions we need to be looking at strengthening rather than buying another player to play in a position we're already well covered in.
