I do have to agree with you, I am neither anti - Welbeck myself. We all have our own preferences... Young over Valenica, Cleverly over Carrick, it just shows that we believe that nearly the majority of our players are good enough to pull on the honoured colours of our team.

White hart Lane is literally across the road, I can hear the constant annoying screaming when Spurs win (But Thank god that hardly ever happens)

I'm kind of hoping that if we get Van Persie that we loan Welbeck out, don't like the thought of him or Hernandez being wasted on the bench.. wouldn't mind seeing Danny return too Sunderland or someone like Spurs who need a striker.

If he joined Spurs on loan then that would be huge. But they've got Jermain Defoe, and Defoe's finishing is better than Welbecks.
