The way I see it, PPV's tend to end with some sort of shock factor. Big Show turning heel, AGAIN, to help Cena win was obviously it so in a business-wise perspective, it made sense to have that match be the last one. That still doesn't man that all the excitement for it virtually ended with the Cena/Laurinaitis match going last. I tuned out of the show as soon as the WWE title match ended and only went back to see how Laurinaitis would win.

If they switched the last 2 matches the effect would've been the same in terms of interest in both angles. I just think switching the last 2 matches is better in the philosophy of the WWE that a crowd has to go home happy. The Cena/Ace match was such a turnoff and dragged way too long. It wouldn't hurt if WWE had a short main event once in a while. It certainly would make the Show switch more believable if he came out sooner and Cena wouldn't look like such a geek for not ending the match way earlier, when he could easily win. But WWE has the precedent that a main event has to last longer than 15 minutes, so I guess that's what you get. And in the end nobody really cared for it, since Raw did a 3.1 rating with 4.1 or 4.2 million viewers.
