Basically, as Cliche as it sounds, because my ex-boss hates me, and I finally lost the ability to hide my lack of respect for him. If you look back among this thread you will see my frustrations, (also in the frustrations threads) but after about 8 months of completely screwing every aspect of my job, giving me tons more pointless work that goes nowhere, and scheduling so badly that we literally went from one day having over an hour between calls, to the very next day being over 20 in queue for 16 hours straight. In short, I was doing my bosses job for him 8% of the time, he was stealing my work from me 20% of the time, and then I puked on him (accidentally) when I was feeling really sick and he wouldn't let me go to the bathroom.

I've been looking for another job, so I actually have 3 interviews lined up. the one I really want is a network monitoring job making 5 bucks more per hour than I was.
