I'll never really understand unless something like that happens to me. He was a great charity man, and publicly regarded as an icon in almost everyone's eyes, so to call him a paedofile whilst he was doing all this charitable work must be difficult.

It wasn't just Savile though apparently, Gary Glitter has been named (not a shock) as well as some others, including BBC staff who knew about it and covered it up and some apparently took part too.

Doesn't matter about the charity work now though, if he was a child molester he should have his Knighthood posthumously removed at the least.
