I tend to think the winner of those rap battles are the ones who say the most funny and witty lines, not just one "burner". For example, lots of people say Mr. Rogers won the one between him and Mr. T just for the last line. I mean, sure, it was funny but in my mind, T nailed it throughout the entire rap.
