Ape - I have a random question, but what is your favorite type of sushi? We have a new joint here and they opened up a sushi bar that has been excellent the past three times I've been, but I always seem to order the same thing each time with my Ika, Tako, and Uni. Any suggestions for something different (not including rolls; just straight sushi/shashimi) the next time?
