I believe it rains something like 200-250 days a year.

My small town is nicknamed Sunny Brid cause it's anything but sunny.

Hell, Hull floods every year incredibly badly (Although if you know the area floods what makes you build houses in that area I'll never know)

On the rare occasion that it is sunny, it'll rain for 9 years afterwards.

I'd say the people/youth of here were more of a problem then the god awful weather places get.
