Yeah, but being in Tech, you are allowed access to download whatever you please (so long as it's not malicious) I would assume. Mine is locked and blocked from the abilities to download virtually anything. Except the $800 price tag. The specs are awesome, but that's just not affordable unless it was a company phone (or at least sponsored by the company with some sort of discount)
