It's true I'm still the wrong side of *ahem* 100kgs, but I finally started the DDPYoga a couple of weeks ago and started running for the first time in my life. So anything is possible! The yoga is dead easy, there's noone telling you that you have to do a certain amount or you're a failure and to be honest, I'm doing a different diet but I have been feeling great! Trust me, if I get that far, you'll see some before and after shots!

Seriously, you can just do 15 minutes a day and see a benefit. The crazy thing is, it makes you want to do more!
