If youreally wanted to be a dick, you'd tell aloisick that if he will write a 1,000 word blog a day for a two weeks on how he could be a better poster on the forums. Unban him for the duration of his blogging and make a thread for his blog posts, limiting his posting to only this thread. Then at the end of the two weeks, just as he posts the last blog, ban his ass again.
