Florida has easily the worst state support in the whole of America, probably the world in all honesty.

Total Florida teams:
NHL - 2
MLB - 2
NFL - 3
NBA - 2
MLS - 0 (Not a major, but it's the only place in MLS history to have had a team die and they have 2 of them)

First off, it divides the support of the state which won't help. You could point to any of the teams and they're not known for great support.

Even the good teams right now (Heat) only just sell out or narrowly miss out so they can't even get bandwagoners to come out of the woodwork.

They just don't give a shit really.

That's pretty much exactly it. Nobody in Florida gives a shit about any of the teams. We would all rather go to the beach and strip clubs / night clubs

Except when the teams win. Then they start to care.....until they go back to losing.
