I didn't know whether to put this in TV thread or Movie thread, so I put it here.
I recently signed up to the free trial of Netflix over here. It's pretty sucky. It's like the charity shop basket of DVD's, with the odd gem, Drive, for example. The tv shows are not too bad to be fair, in terms of British shows anyway. I mean, there's still a load missing that I'd like to watch, but not bad. I'm not enthralled to continue into a paying subscription, so I won't be.
I've watched a few things so far. The movie Tucker and Dale vs Evil. It was ok, I laughed a few times. I think it's one of the better horromedies I've seen since Shawn of The Dead, not a patch on it, but, since then. Rewatched a couple of episodes of The Mighty Boosh first series. And...a show that I've not seen since it was shown on tv 2/3 years ago - Bellamy's People...of the United Kingdom of Great Britain...and Northern Ireland. I fuckin' loved it. I found it hillarious. Paul Whitehouse and chums, with new characters. Only got one series, but I love it. Alot of it seemed off the cuff, that they had alot of fun with, and completely tickled me.
