Glad to hear you made it out with a minimal amount of damage taken to your house and that all is well with you. I know you were pretty worried about the basement but it is better to go through the headache of preparation than to deal with the heart attack of what the outcome of being unprepared can result in.

I don't think the grammatical errors would bother me if not for two simple facts.
(1) My mother was an English teacher so proper grammar was a must the majority of my lifetime
(2) It's not that fucking hard to use a spell-checker before you post something online. If the only image one can grasp of me is by the words I choose to input into this text bar before I press "Post Quick Reply", I am going to be damn sure I choose ones that will make what I am trying to convey come across as clear as possible... But then again this logic also takes into the account the fact that I actually care to not sound completely ignorant (even if I am from the South
